Our racking is supplied by Clenergy and SunLock — all supported by proven warranties.

What warranties come with my solar system from East West Energy?
Every system we install comes with a 10-year workmanship warranty, a 10-year inverter warranty, and panel performance warranties that range from 15 to 25 years depending on the brand. You’ll also receive a complete handover package for your records, including all warranty certificates
Do you offer maintenance or post-installation support?
Yes. Even though our systems are designed to be low-maintenance, we offer ongoing support and service if needed.
Whether it’s system checks, inverter diagnostics, or helping with energy monitoring apps, our team is available long after the install is complete.
Will I receive a certificate of compliance or other formal documentation?
Absolutely. Once your system is installed and inspected, we issue a full handover package that includes your Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES), system diagrams, warranty documents, and guidance on monitoring your performance.
Everything is delivered electronically for your convenience.
